I had a delightful stay with a fantastic view of the pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and eager to assist with any requests, which truly made my experience memorable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of local dishes to start the day. It would be great if the shower pressure was a bit more consistent, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment.

I spent three nights at Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the ancient town. I loved the spacious room with a gorgeous river view. The decor perfectly reflected Hoi An's charm. Breakfast options were great, especially the fresh orange juice, a delicious way to start the day. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and ready to help. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and tours. However, the sliding door to the bathroom was a bit stiff, causing minor inconvenience during my stay. Overall, the experience was enjoyable with just a couple of minor issues.
